WesMex International Small Boat Regatta

WesMex International Small Boat Regatta has become the biggest sailing event in Mexico, and just keeps getting bigger and better. This year we are expecting more than 250 competitors in Optimist, Laser, and iQFoil. Sign up now at www.wesmexregatta.org.

TAI CHI at VYC!

TAI CHI at VYC!  Join us for a complimentary Tai Chi class with Cam McCannel!                                          Cam has 22 years of Tai Chi instructing and 50 years of martial arts instructing in a variety of arts.  When he is up North he is currently instructing on Salt Spring Island with the Canadian Tai Chi  Academy.  Cam spends winters in Bahia de Banderas aboard Koa e Kea. He is interested in helping others improve their health after improving his own with Tai Chi. The benefits of Tai Chi include: increased flexibility, increased muscle strength, improved cardiovascular fitness, increased bone density, improved digestion, improved balance, stress reduction and many other facets of health.  The class will take place: Tuesday,  March 5th at 10:30 AM.  BBR Opening Day Kick Off Event at VYC!

Join us for the BBR Opening day festivities at VYC! After registration and the skipper's meeting we have a fun night in store with Happy Hour (well drinks) from 5:30 - 6:30, pasta buffet starting at 6:30 and live music featuring Group Therapy starting at 7:30 to dance the night away!
