Vallarta Yacht Club
Once again, Vallarta Yacht Club will be organizing the Regatta de Revolucion. This will be the 20th year for this event and we are looking forward to hosting 40-50 young athletes from the region. Additionally, this year we expect to see 3 of the top Optimist Sailors in the country who recently returned from the 2019 Optimist North American Championship held in the Bahamas as well as the 2019 Optimist World Championship held in Antigua. We welcome these young competitors to Banderas Bay and to Vallarta Yacht Club.
Members are welcome to come out to see the competition on November 16 and 17. First start will be at approximately 1:00 pm each day with awards on Sunday at Vallarta Yacht Club.
Regatta de Revolucion marks the first regatta of the season at Vallarta Yacht Club. It is also an opportunity for competitors to experience the site of the 2021 Optimist North American Championship.
