NEW YEAR'S EVE FIRE & ICE PARTY & DINNER   - Dress in your finest Red and/or White Attire.  Join us for Dining, live music and dancing the night away to ring in the New Year!

4 Course Dinner starting at 8:00 PM, beginning with: Three pepper cream soup, mixed greens with cranberries, almonds, pear and a mango vinaigrette dressing, Surf & Turf - shrimp & filet mignon, baked potato, 1 glass of sparkling wine, followed by cheesecake with a red fruit coulis for dessert, and 12 countdown grapes .

Come, join your friends, and celebrate the New Year with black-eyed peas, rice, and cabbage that are believed to bring good luck, health and prosperity! Join us every Wednesday from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm for VYC's All Aboard Burger Special!  Our signature burger is 1/3 pound of beef, cooked to your liking with all the fixings: bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomato and onion rings or grilled onions served with crispy fries and an ice-cold beer for only $250 MXN.
