Pilates Class

Pilates Classes taught by Jajana will be offered every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 9:00 AM in the Yacht Club lower pool area level in the shade. The cost is 100 pesos per week (MWF). The classes are open to Yacht Club Members, Guests and People with slips in the Marina.

These will be mat classes.  Later classes will also use bands and a small ball, information on these materials will be provided in the opening classes. All you need is a mat for the first class.  If you do not have a mat, you can pick one up at Walmart.

Jajana is a very qualified and experienced teacher. She has been teaching Aerobics, Callaethics and Pilates for 22 years, and received her spinning certification 2 years

Yachtsmen's Luncheon Seminar, Speaker Eduardo Lugo

Eduardo Lugo, a Wildlife Photographer and Banderas Bay Naturalist, will be speaking about the sea life and research projects in the Bay.

His company, Wildlife Connection is a Mexican company, dedicated to the study and conservation of nature. At the same time we share with people the experience of coexistence with nature, creating this, specialized tours to observe the wildlife, which in turn, help us to obtain the economical resources to support research and environmental education programs. Their work has been published in several elementary and secondary school books, in books dedicated to nature and in some of the most prestigious periodicals in México. His work has also been featured in National Geographic in July 1999 and November 2000 (Latin version).

The VYC's weekly luncheon seminar series featuring fun and educational presentations. Topics include almost anything of interest to folks who live and play on the bay.

Lunch service (Regular Menu) starts at 1145.
The program begins at 1245 sharp.
The program will close no later than 1400.
