2023 AGM & Change of Watch

The 2023 AGM is Tuesday, April 4, 2023 at Vallarta Yacht Club. The meeting will start at 7PM.
The Change of Watch Ceremony to install our new Officers and Directors will take place immediately after the AGM.

The official notice, agenda, ballot, and minutes of the last AGM were sent out by email on Wednesday, March 22, 2023

If you have not gotten the notice, please check your spam folder(s) before contacting our Club Manager Rodolfo to verify your contact email. 

You may vote electronically (link in the attached ballot) before 5:00 PM on Monday April 3, 2023.
If you received the March 10 announcement and have voted, you do not need to vote again.

La AGM 2023 es el martes 4 de abril de 2023 en Vallarta Yacht Club. La reunión comenzará a las 7PM.
La Ceremonia de Cambio de Guardia para instalar a nuestros nuevos Oficiales y Directores tendrá lugar inmediatamente después de la AGM.

El aviso oficial, la agenda, la boleta y las actas de la última AGM se enviaron por correo electrónico el miércoles 22 de marzo de 2023

Si no ha recibido el aviso, verifique su (s) carpeta (s) de correo no deseado antes de comunicarse con nuestro Gerente del Club, Rodolfo, para verificar su correo electrónico de contacto.

Puede votar electrónicamente (enlace en la boleta adjunta) antes de las 5:00 p. m. del lunes 3 de abril de 2023.
Si recibió el anuncio del 10 de marzo y votó, no necesita volver a votar.
