New Year's Eve at the Club

The Clubhouse will be all decked out with the typical decorations of this special night, with a delicious sit-down dinner, accompanied by the music of Robert Gutierrez. Don your party hat and blow your horn as the clock strikes 12. Happy New Year!!

Black Eye Peas and Cabbage

Nothing like a serving or two of black eye peas and cabbage to bring good luck during 2017! And there is no better way to chase away whatever is left over from your New Year's Eve celebration than Dick and Gina's secret Bloody Mary recipe. This is a friendly, long-standing tradition that members have enjoyed over many years.

Mexico Night

"La Patrona" (Marisa Bango) is a very popular singer who has been performing to sold-out houses in La Cruz for the last year. We have been fortunate in convincing her, along with her backup musicians, to perform for us during a night with a distinctly Mexican flavor. Even though Spanish may be a challenge for some of us, you will feel like she is singing only to you as she moves among the crowd. Our chefs will offer a selection of Mexican dishes to accompany the music of the region. This is an evening that you don't want to miss! Cocktails will start at 6pm, followed by a Mexican dinner at 6:30pm, and the show at 7pm. The dinner will include tortilla soup, chicken enchiladas, a taco and rice and beans.

Super Bowl Sunday

Catch the action between the Atlanta Falcons and the New England Patriots with your friends and family on one of our HD big screen TVs, even watch some football (!), as you toast the team you're rooting for with an ice-cold Pacifico, Margarita, or whatever fits your mood. A buffet of typical tailgate fare will put you right into the stadium. Go team!!

Kentucky Derby

This is the Club's famous stick pony race, where the jockeys compete on creatively-decorated broomsticks. The "ponies" will have been auctioned at the Valentine's Day event. Come and cheer on your favorite ponies and riders in this white-knuckle competition. Friendly betting adds more excitement to the competition.

St. Patrick's Day Dinner

Yes, it's time to enjoy good ol' corn beef and cabbage and hope for another year of the Luck o' the Irish. And our Club's kitchen does a wonderful job of preparing this traditional dish. And they will also have other delicious options for those vegetarians among us, or people who never developed a taste for CB&C. The Club's St. Patrick's Day decorations and music will make you feel Irish all over!

It's Spring, it's the end of Semana Santa, and nearing the end of another busy season in Paradise. A perfect time to get together with friends and family at the Club, in a friendly potluck setting.
