Real pesos are at stake, and players will have a chance to sweeten their cruising kitties if they play their bingo cards right. If you've watched or participated in the play in previous years, you'll remember the smiling faces, laughter, and friendly cursing that make this evening so much fun.

Has your mouth been watering for Cajun Shrimp? No need to wait any longer. You can enjoy this Louisiana delicacy served "On the Board." Don't know what that means? If you haven't been to shrimp on the board or pasta on the board, here's what happens: A large board almost the size of the table is placed on the table. When the food is served it is thrown in the middle of the board and everybody has a little rake to rake the food that they want to eat to their side. When more food is needed they bring the pot again, turn it over, and put more food on the board. Along with the Cajun shrimp, corn on the cob, potatoes, and some other items are all cooked together and put on the board at one time. For those who don't like it spicy, there also will be shrimp served without the Cajun.
