Juan Arias, the Paperman, will discuss arri al and departue procedures according to the newest legislation, both for international and national paperwork, including all paperwork related with the Port Captain, Immigration, Customs, International Health Department, and the Agricultural Department. Juan will also discuss TIPs, new or renewal with the same or different owner. Juan will also discuss temporary and/or permanent residence in Mexico.
