TAI CHI at VYC!

TAI CHI at VYC!  Join us for a complimentary Tai Chi class with Cam McCannel!                                          Cam has 22 years of Tai Chi instructing and 50 years of martial arts instructing in a variety of arts.  When he is up North he is currently instructing on Salt Spring Island with the Canadian Tai Chi  Academy.  Cam spends winters in Bahia de Banderas aboard Koa e Kea. He is interested in helping others improve their health after improving his own with Tai Chi. The benefits of Tai Chi include: increased flexibility, increased muscle strength, improved cardiovascular fitness, increased bone density, improved digestion, improved balance, stress reduction and many other facets of health.  The class will take place: Tuesday,  March 5th at 10:30 AM. The Academy Awards at VYC

 Join us at VYC for The 96th Annual Academy Awards on the Big Screen!  Sunday, March 10th, the show starts at 6:00 PM.  Make a Night of It!  Come early, 5:00 - 6:00 for 2 x 1 Happy Hour (well drinks/beer) & a Three Course Prix Fixe Dinner Menu ($550 MXN). Popcorn will be served during the show.  We look forward to seeing you there!
