Get out of the summer heat and join your friends for a movie at VYC! Chef Carlos will be creating something special, and of course the bar will be open and the popcorn is free!

Birria de Res (Beef Birria), is beef cooked in a savory broth full of flavor. It is topped with fresh chopped onion and cilantro, served with salsa and tortillas. For dessert: Flan de casa, house-made flan.

This week's movie is Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle! We'll be having great movies every Thursday night. The public is welcome to this event!
