The Bob O'hara Memorial Pot Luck

Join us for a traditional Sunday Pot Luck dinner. The grill will be fired up, and you can use dishes from the VYC kitchen. 

As our good friend Bob O'hara used to say, "Bring something to grill and something to share". it's a great way to connect with friends.

Everyone is welcome.

MAKE WAVES: Painting With Federico Leon de la Vega

Painting class now open for registration. For beginning to experienced painters. The class will start with the concept of “flow” and will be applied to painting waves. Federico will bring acrylic paint, brushes and canvas. You may use your own if you wish. Bring an apron or wear your painting clothes. The class starts at 2 pm and will be 3 to 4 hours long. There will not be a lunch break during class, although you may enjoy a glass of wine from the bar while painting. Picante Restaurant is open for lunch and dinner. 

$1500 pesos per person including supplies. Payment on arrival to the class.

Banderas Bay Beercan Series

VYC Wednesday Beer Can Rally. The Beer Can Rallies will sail off Bucerias every other Wednesday until Banderas Bay Regatta in March 2023.

We start these fun events November 9. They continue every other Wednesday until March 15 where the race will be part of the Banderas Bay Regatta "Start Your Heart Out" practice day. The beer can races are free to enter and can be sailed just for fun. If you will be sailing in BBR, please contact VYC to make sure we know enough about your boat to assign a handicap.

MOVIE NIGHT - Monty Python and the Holy Grail

Run away! Run away! It's one of the best comedies ever, brought to you by Monty Python's Flying Circus. Come join us for an evening of fun and laughter. As always, we'll show a Loony Toons classic, and the popcorn is free! Make it an evening with a special dinner by Roberto, and there might even be a prize!

 Vallarta Cup party after the racing! Join the racers at VYC after the race on Saturday. We'll have live Rock 'n Roll music starting around 7:30. Cover includes a beer or well drink. Enjoy a special or order off the VYC menu. Vallarta Participants enjoy VYC Member pricing on food and drink during the regatta.

Ibis de Teresa is the founder of Aromavive, a Puerto Vallarta based aromatherapy company. She is recognized as an essential oil local expert and Spa consultant. Aromavive manufactures products made with essential oil and natural ingredients. This will be a friendly chat to share and learn more about essential oils for our physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing and how can these beautiful extracts can invite to a deeper connection with oneself and into awareness.
