Andy Barrow will give his talk on how to make a chart plotter with AIS for $100, and how to create charts from Google Earth and other sources available on the Internet. This is a workshop - bring your laptop if you want hands-on help.

Open to all interested cruisers, from coastal to blue water, cross-ocean cruisers, or even boaters who don't venture to faraway shores, these panels are designed to address topics of interest to a broad swath of yachtsmen. And yes, non-boaters are welcome, too!
