Let the good times roll! Come one, come all to Gumbo Night! Andy and Liz and NOLA friends will be making gumbo for VYC members and guests. Join us for a night of Cajun food, including chicken and andouille gumbo, Cajun style BBQ shrimp and a few special extras. Andy claims that while working in the oilfields, he was taught the ancient art of making Louisiana gumbo. We'll see!
Hopefully Andy will find some real zydeco music to dance to. Wear your best Mardi Gras beads and come ready to have a good time!
