Just a reminder to cast your votes for the VYC Officers and Board of Directors, and we encourage all members to take part in this important process. You can access the Ballot by clicking here.
You now have FOUR ways to vote:
1. In Person – Vote at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on March 25th at 4:00 PM at the clubhouse.
2. Drop-Off – Print your completed ballot and drop it off at the club by 4:00 PM on March 25th.
3. Email – Scan and send your completed ballot to Annie, Secretary at secretary@vallartayachtclub.org by 4:00 PM on March 25th.
4. Electronically - Click here to access the google form to submit your ballot electronically.
Important Information:
- Each membership receives one vote (if two people share a membership, they will submit a combined vote).
- Please select only one candidate per position to ensure your vote is counted.
- Only Flag and Gold Flag members 'in good standing' are eligible to vote.
- You must indicate your name on your ballot.
The deadline to submit your vote is 4:00 PM on March 25th—don’t miss your chance to help shape the future of VYC!
