In accordance with the provisions of the Vallarta Yacht Club Constitution Article XI, Sections 11.01, 11.03 and 11.04 set forth by the VALLARTA YACHT CLUB CONSTITUTION; members are hereby given notice of the holding of the Annual General Membership Meeting which shall take place this next March 25th , 2025 at 4:00 pm in the main dining area of the Vallarta Yacht Club’s facility located at Paseo de los Cocoteros 55 Col. Nuevo Nayarit 63736 Nayarit, Mexico.
